No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any paranormal investigation. All other events are open to everyone, providing under 18's are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Due to the nature of the locations (for paranormal investigation) we advised that pregnant women or those with restricted mobility or serious medical complaints do not attend. If you are at all unsure whether an investigation is suitable to you, please contact us to discuss your queries prior to booking. If you decide to book an investigation with us and have any immobilities or medical conditions, Mystical Shires accept no liability for any illness or injury that may occur as a result, you will also be asked to complete a medical questionnaire.

Mystical Shires operates a zero tolerance policy, no alcohol or drugs are permitted at any of our investigations, if anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing either drugs or alcohol to the investigation they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded any monies paid for the investigation. The only exception to this will be paranormal investigations in public houses (where a meal has been purchased prior to the event commencing, and then limited to ONE alcoholic drink)

Mystical Shires are not liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to the investigation, during the investigation, or on the journey back home from the investigation.

Mystical Shires accepts no responsibility for any clothing, equipment, damage to vehicle, parking fines, clamping of vehicles. All property and effects belonging to you are your responsibility and we would urge you to protect your property and keep all said articles safe whilst attending our investigations.

When any of our investigations are indoors we ask that sensible footwear is worn, please respect the location we are investigating. It is at the discretion of Mystical Shires to refuse you entrance to an investigation and a refund will not be given if you are not suitably dressed for the location. Please note that many locations we investigate do not have a heating source, therefore please dress accordingly to ensure you enjoy your evening fully.

When any of our investigations occurs in the open air, it will be affected by weather conditions, as guests you are responsible for ensuring you have suitable clothing and footwear for the current weather conditions.

Strictly NO SMOKING at any indoors investigation. Should you wish to smoke, then you are requested to smoke in the designated smoking area (this will be pointed out to you at the beginning of the evening).

Mystical Shires do not take responsibility for any damage caused by spiritual or poltergeist activity during the investigation.

Mystical Shires recommends that due to the lateness of some of our investigations ending that you make arrangements to ensure that you are not too tired to drive, and perhaps book into a hotel or guest house prior to this event (at your own expense)

Each guest will act in a responsible manner and will respect the needs of others. Guests will not cause harm or injury to anyone else or put him/herself, or anyone else in danger. Guests will respect the nature of the investigation and will behave accordingly. The Mystical Shires team will use their own discretion and have the ultimate decision to evict anyone whom they consider to be behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Some of our locations are not suitable for clients with disabilities. Mystical Shires value all of our guests and we aim to make as many of our events as accessible as possible, but unfortunately due to the conditions of some of the buildings this may not always be possible.
